Dale is a seasoned manufacturing professional with 20-year career track record of developing and growing long-term customer partnerships. He credits his success with uniquely balancing the commercial needs of the market, the quality demands of the consumers, and the realities of the production process. As vice president of sales at SI Jacobson, Dale’s primary responsibility is to establish relationships with companies seeking high attention to detail and a customer-centric approach in their manufacturing experience. He leads a team of sales specialists in connecting the right solution to each individual customer. Prior to joining SIJ early in 2020, Dale led Case Logic and Thule’s Specialty Markets Group, serving some of the world’s largest electronics, medical, and automotive companies. He holds a Bachelors, Business Administration degree from Siena Heights University in Michigan, and when the midwestern weather allows you can find him in his non-work hours just about anywhere outdoors.
